Stewards You Trust

You’re working with stewards who understand your goals, whether creating a family retreat, managing land as an investment, or making your property more productive and beautiful for generations.

Meet TJ, Founder of Savanna Springs

Passionate about fishing since his earliest days, TJ learned firsthand that the best way to grow healthier fish is to restore the waters they depend on. From building world-class golf course waterways to leading large-scale stream construction, he’s spent his career innovating in habitat restoration.

With years of experience managing multimillion-dollar projects — and a holistic focus on regenerative land and water systems — TJ brings both science and vision to every property. His goal: helping landowners steward their land so it’s more productive, more beautiful, and more valuable for generations to come.
