BirdDog Adventures, Inc. ("BirdDog," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to responsible communication practices. This TCPA Policy describes how BirdDog communicates with you by telephone and text message, explains your rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable state laws, and provides instructions for managing your communication preferences.

Scope of Communications. BirdDog may contact you by telephone call and SMS or MMS text message at the phone number you provide to us. We may use automated dialing technology or prerecorded voice messages to deliver certain communications. Our communications may include marketing and promotional messages, lead follow-up messages, transactional and service messages, and informational messages.

Consent. Before sending you marketing or promotional calls or text messages using automated technology, BirdDog will obtain your prior express written consent. You provide this consent by checking the consent checkbox on one of our website forms and submitting the form with your phone number. Your consent authorizes BirdDog to contact you at the number you provide for the message types described in the consent disclosure. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any BirdDog product or service, and you may decline to provide consent without affecting your ability to obtain services from BirdDog.

Message Frequency. The number of messages you receive from BirdDog will vary depending on the services you use, the forms you submit, and your interactions with our platform. BirdDog will not send more than three outbound marketing or promotional communications (calls and/or texts combined) to any single phone number within a rolling 24-hour period.

Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier may apply to text messages you receive from BirdDog. BirdDog does not charge separately for text messages.

Sending Hours. BirdDog will send marketing and promotional text messages and place marketing and promotional calls only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in your local time zone, Monday through Saturday. BirdDog does not send marketing or promotional communications on Sundays or federal holidays. Transactional and service-related messages (such as booking confirmations and account notifications) may be sent any day of the week during the same hours.

Opting Out. You may revoke your consent and stop receiving text messages from BirdDog at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT-OUT, or REVOKE) to any text message from BirdDog. You may also revoke consent by emailing support@birddogit.com, by calling us, or by any other reasonable method. BirdDog will honor your opt-out request within 10 business days of receipt. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your request. That confirmation will contain no marketing content. Once you opt out of marketing messages, BirdDog will not send you further marketing texts or calls at that number unless you provide new consent. Opting out of marketing messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional or service-related messages that do not require marketing consent, though you may separately request to stop receiving those as well.

Opting Out of Calls. If you wish to stop receiving telephone calls from BirdDog, you may request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list by emailing support@birddogit.com or by telling any BirdDog representative during a call. BirdDog will process your request within 10 business days and will not place further marketing calls to your number.
