Volunteering at the Scarecrow Music Festival is real responsibility with real rewards. This is hands-on work with clear goals, accountability, and high expectations—but those who show up and execute are recognized in meaningful ways, including VIP access, concert tickets, special badges, and exclusive experiences. Effort matters here, and it’s rewarded accordingly.
VIP Access: Backstage areas, BirdDog office access, and exclusive zones.
Free Concert Tickets: Earn tickets by showing up and hitting goals.
Public Recognition: Be recognized for your contribution and leadership.
Exclusive Experiences: Dinners, badges, and premium access.
Volunteer Positions
Chariman - Leads the committee through all planning phases to fully achieve goals, earning VIP access, concert tickets, and special on-site recognition.
Co-Chair - Supports the Chair in executing the committee’s vision and hitting all goals, earning concert tickets and official committee recognition.
Volunteer - Contributes meaningfully toward assigned goals and is rewarded with a concert ticket, committee gear, and an appreciation gift.
